The product : Hard line TZ is a hard electrolytic anodic oxidation, which is applied to aluminium and its alloys.
Hard line is a process inducing aluminium to change into alumina when oxygen is present: the oxide therefore generates directly from aluminium and is kept tightly bound to it, whereas in other galvanic processes there is only a deposit of metal on the surface to coat.

Characteristics: Hard line protects aluminium alloys from wear and corrosion thanks to its hardness which is similar to the one we find in ceramic compounds. It can be applied to a wide range of components in different industry sectors.
